This design was influenced by the client’s specific taste for French country décor and her request to have a user-friendly kitchen. This is evident as you notice the 72” French range and hand-painted black refrigerator armoire with icebox-style handles. The large center island provides ample prep area but also a space to gather and entertain.
A request was also made for a cheese and wine bar that flanks the island which also moonlights as an espresso bar. The final touch is a custom-shaped and hand-painted wood pot rack that features integrated recessed lighting which compliments the vintage wood hood and period French casement window.
